Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the handcrafted, often custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are treated as final. Refunds or returns are only considered under specific conditions as described below.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Handmade items produced per customer request

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery

  • Items delivered correctly and in good condition

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

When Refunds/Returns Are Acceptable

We will accept a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product received does not match the order (wrong item, wrong size, wrong customization)

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video proof

How to Request Return/Refund

To request a review for return/refund:

  • Provide: order number, photos/videos showing damage or discrepancy, and a description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Replacement or Refund Policy

If approved:

  • We may send a replacement item (if possible), or

  • Offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on situation and shipping cost, or

  • Refund via original payment method (in rare cases, e.g. confirmed manufacturing defect)

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started or once materials are prepared.
If you request cancellation before production begins, we may accept — but a small processing/cancellation fee may apply (depending on payment gateway and work done).

Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are generally borne by the customer — unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

Disclaimer on No Returns for Custom Work

Because each piece may be custom or handmade uniquely, we encourage customers to carefully confirm specifications (size, customization, shipping address) before placing the order.
